Canopy Medical Clinic

I have been a patient at Canopy Medical Clinic for nine months. With every visit I am greeted warmly by every staff member I see. They are gentle, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about my health and well being. I like that there are separate waiting areas for psychological and physical health, but in a subtle way that is both private and charming.Everyone that I have dealt with have been amazing. Great Clinic. Heidi is SO amazing, so is her staff, I’m just SO GRATEFUL to be one of the many individuals that Heidi and the clinical staff here serves, Telehealth is available too. This is the “A Team” here; people..I Wish this clinic was closer to home, because: wow! Heidi and the staff there are a group of wonderful people, they are kind, caring and understanding. They listen to you and help you. Highly recommend Heidi and the staff there to anyone.

I was nervous since it was my first time visiting but everyone was kind and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable and provided me the information I needed to know and the space and time to ask questions about what I was getting into. Amazing place thats sorely needed for queer/trans folks in Fargo.

Heidi is very professional and patient every time I see her. She also makes it adamant that you can ask her questions anytime, and almost every time she has an answer. If you are in need of hormone replacement therapy, shes the one to go to.

Heidi and her team are all amazing. Ive never had a provider who listens like they do. They are always friendly and honest. I also love the fact that there are comic books and fun little things like that around the office, it really makes for an inviting atmosphere.

I cant say enough good things about this Clinic and their wonderful staff. My doctor, Dr Erickson helps me determine whats best for me, is very knowledgeable when I ask questions and provides the best service possible while always wearing a smile. This was life changing for me! The nurses have been amazing, the office manager is very helpful and nice and I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

I saw Heidi at her last clinic and would follow her anywhere. She allows time in her appointments. Its not a mad dash to get you in and out. She listens, truly listens, and Ive always felt heard and confident that her recommendations come from a place of understanding. Shes thoughtful and willing to tell you when she needs to research something. Then she does the research and gets back to you with what shes found. Shes a great communicator. Ive never felt that shes just left me hanging waiting anxiously for information. She truly cares about all her patients.Bottom line, Heidi is the practitioner we all deserve and weve always deserved.

Very happy I found this place. Receptionist is always very nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable talking with my provider. She really does take the time to actually listen to you and doesn’t make you feel judged which is hard to find. Would recommend!

Canopy is an inexpensive informed consent clinic in the Fargo/Moorhead area. Their wide array of services and specialized care makes it all the more meaningful too. Would definitely recommend to any other LGBTQ+ individuals and/or anyone else looking for clinical assistance. Their hormone replacement therapy program has helped tremendously in gender transition and dysphoria.
